1. Services

Propmind Solutions provides digital services including development, AI tools, marketing, video editing, and analytics. All services are governed by the terms of the agreed proposal.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally authorized to engage our services.

3. Payments

  • 50% upfront payment is required to begin.

  • Remaining 50% is due upon delivery.

  • Payments must be made via secure online gateways only.

  • Work begins only after the initial payment is received.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 6-month performance-based money-back guarantee on select services.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Deliverables were not completed as agreed.

  • You fulfilled all your responsibilities.

  • You submit a written request within 10 business days after the 6-month term.

Refund Conditions:

  • No refunds for project cancellation, lack of input, or third-party delays.

  • Partial work may only qualify for partial refunds.

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method, subject to gateway policies.

  • Processing fees may be non-refundable.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide timely and accurate information.

  • Respond promptly to communications.

  • Grant access needed to complete the work.

6. Ownership & Use

All work created remains the property of Propmind Solutions unless agreed otherwise. You may not reuse or resell without written consent.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client data and business information as confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose any sensitive information.

8. Service Changes & Termination

We may modify, pause, or end services if terms are violated. Cancellation requests will be honored, but work done up to that point is billable.

9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses or specific business outcomes. All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

10. Disputes

Disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. If unresolved, arbitration will be held in:
