This Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains how Propmind Solutions manages refund requests for our services, including web design, digital marketing, lead generation, and AI automation.

1. Completed Projects

Payments made after final project delivery are non-refundable, as services have been completed and delivered according to agreed specifications.

2. Ongoing Services

Payments for ongoing or recurring services (such as monthly marketing, automation, or SEO plans) are non-refundable once that billing cycle has begun.
Clients may cancel future billing cycles by providing at least 7 days’ written notice before the next renewal date.

3. Non-Delivery or Service Failure

If Propmind Solutions fails to begin work or deliver any portion of your project within the agreed timeframe (without delay caused by the client), a full or partial refund may be issued based on the unfulfilled portion of the project.

4. Lead Generation and AI Campaigns

For lead generation or automation services:

• If no leads or deliverables are provided within 45 days of service activation, a refund may be considered.

• Duplicate, invalid, or unqualified leads will be replaced at no additional cost, provided the client reports them within 7 days of delivery.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Email support@propmindsolutions.com with your name, invoice number, and reason for the request.

• Our team will review the request and respond within 10 business days.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

6. Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Delays caused by client inaction or lack of communication.

• Changes in project scope after work has begun.

• Subjective dissatisfaction outside agreed deliverables.

• Third-party platform or API issues beyond our control.
