Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains how Propmind Solutions handles refund requests for our services, including website design & development, lead-capture landing pages, SEO, and Google Ads campaign management.

1. Completed Work
Payments for work that has been delivered and confirmed in writing are non-refundable, as services have been completed according to the agreed scope.

2. Ongoing Services
Recurring services (such as monthly SEO or Google Ads management) may be cancelled with at least 14 days’ written notice. Work already performed is non-refundable; any unused remainder of the current service period is refundable on a prorated basis.

3. Non-Delivery or Service Failure
If Propmind Solutions fails to begin work or deliver any portion of your project within the agreed timeframe (excluding delays caused by the client), a full or partial refund will be issued for the unfulfilled portion.

4. Lead Generation Campaigns
If no deliverables are provided within 45 days of service activation, the undelivered portion will be refunded in full. Duplicate or invalid leads reported within 7 days of delivery will be replaced at no additional cost.

5. Refund Process
Email support@propmindsolutions.com with your name, invoice number, and reason. We acknowledge every request within 1 business day and issue a decision within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

6. Exclusions
Refunds are not provided for: delays caused by client inaction; changes in scope after work has begun; subjective dissatisfaction outside agreed deliverables; or third-party platform issues beyond our control.
