Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Propmind Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) services and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website or services.

2. Eligibility
– You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our services.
– By engaging with our services, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Services and Payments
– Propmind Solutions provides website design & development, lead-capture landing pages, SEO, and Google Ads campaign management.
– Payments are processed through Payoneer, a regulated payment platform, via card or ACH bank debit. Card payments carry a processing fee of up to 3.99% + $0.49; ACH bank debit carries a 1% fee, as stated on each invoice.
– Pricing, scope, and the service period are stated on each invoice. Payment of an invoice constitutes acceptance of its terms.
– Deliverables are confirmed with the client in writing during the service period.

4. Client Responsibilities
– You agree to provide accurate, complete information and all necessary assets (content, branding materials, access credentials) required for your project.
– Delays in providing information or approvals may extend the agreed delivery timeframe.

5. Refunds and Disputes
Cancellations require 14 days’ written notice. Work already performed is non-refundable; any unused remainder of the service period is refundable on a prorated basis.
Clients agree to contact Propmind Solutions at support@propmindsolutions.com to resolve any billing concern before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. We respond to all billing inquiries within one business day.

6. Intellectual Property
– All original materials, designs, code, and digital content created by Propmind Solutions remain our property until full payment is received.
– Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client.
– Clients may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our proprietary content or designs without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
Propmind Solutions is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Propmind Solutions is registered. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute before pursuing formal proceedings.
